Need2Say is a B2B workforce communication and compliance platform for the construction industry.

Who can use it
• Most users (workers/members) access Need2Say through an employer-provided account and use the app as part of their company’s workspace.
• No subscription is required for Members invited to an employer workspace.
• If you do not have an employer-provided account, an in-app subscription is required to create and manage a workspace as an Admin.

Feature availability depends on your role (Member vs Admin). Within a company workspace, available features may include (some admin/management features require an Admin subscription):

Multilingual Chat (Members & Admins)
AI-powered chat that helps teams communicate across languages.

Announcements & Tasks (Admin tools; viewable by Members)
Publish important notices and assign tasks to keep teams aligned.

Digital Signatures (Workspace feature; Admin setup may be required)
Electronic signing of documents (e.g., orientation forms).

Training Assignment (Admin setup; Members confirm completion)
Assign training and track completion.

Toolbox (Members & Admins)
Access safety and compliance guidance in plain language.

Subscription (Need2Say PLUS)

Need2Say PLUS is an auto-renewable subscription for Workspace Admins.

Subscription options:
• Monthly plan (N2SP0001): auto-renews every month at US$9.00
• Yearly plan (N2SP0002): auto-renews every 12 months at US$96.00
(Prices may vary by region.)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
