The OnePassport App is specifically designed for professionals working in the Aged Care, Health Care, and Hospitality industries. It serves as a secure personal repository to manage industry-related documentation, including certificates, short courses, immunization records, registrations, licenses, and permits.

Given the nature of these industries and their regulatory requirements, the app provides a mobile-first solution that is far more practical than a traditional website. Many workers are required to regularly complete short courses or obtain certifications to meet legal or continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. Our partner organizations frequently arrange these training sessions through Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Upon completing training, users can simply capture a photo of their certificate using the device's camera or select an image from the photo library and upload it directly to OnePassport. This process is faster, more intuitive, and more secure when done through a mobile app — thanks to seamless access to native iOS features such as the Camera, Photo Library, File System, and iCloud for optional backup and cross-device access.

This functionality is essential to the app's core purpose and ensures that workers can manage their compliance records efficiently, on-the-go, and in real time.
