Pre-print the badges before or as soon as visitor arrive at the lobby. Registered visitor will get an email about this visit scheduled. Plan Visitor Management empowers the employees to manage the changes to the visitor information or schedules without calling the front desk or waiting in the line.
Employee can approve or reject meetings and can reach to visitor be inbound SMS or EMAIL or Call.
