Stima by Simplex Services app is a solution tool that enables construction trade professionals to present professional format estimates and proposals to their Customers.

Once you have entered your Company (including your Company logo) and your Customers' information, you can generate your list of items (schedule of values) related to the work offered to your Customers just by following the prompts on the screen of your device.

After the estimate is complete, simply email it in pdf format and, done! Your Customers will receive your estimate by email and will be impressed by the quick turn-around and your professional presentation.

The app does not send any data, either from your Company or from your Customers, to servers or the network. The app works totally offline, with no link or connection to servers or even the cell phone service, therefore, you can use it even when no cellular signal is available. Remember though that you will need cellular signal to be able to email your estimate in pdf format to your Customers.

The app stores your company and customer data only on your phone, and you can choose to generate a backup file and save it to your cloud service or your device.
