1. Timesheet Discrepancy Details — HC ATS & Candidate Portal App
Timesheet discrepancy information will be visible to recruiters within both the timesheet listing view and individual timesheet detail screens, across HC ATS and the HC Candidate Portal App. This enables recruiters to proactively identify, review, and address discrepancies directly within the timesheet context without additional navigation.
2. Time-Off Visibility in Shifts Calendar — Companies Without PRN Job Type
When a company has no PRN job type configured, time-off requests submitted by candidates were not appearing in the Shifts Calendar. This will be resolved to ensure time-off entries are consistently reflected in the Shifts Calendar regardless of the job type configuration at the company level.
3. Missing Fields in Leads Snapshot
The Leads Snapshot will be enhanced to include the following currently absent fields:
Business Unit
Primary Business Unit
Lead Age
Lead Source
Description
These additions will give recruiters a more complete and actionable view of lead records directly from the snapshot.
4. Submission Snapshot — Additional Field Visibility
The Submission Snapshot will be expanded to surface key compensation and compliance fields for recruiters, including:
Pay Rate
Client Bill Rate / Salary
Work Authorization
Current Salary
Additional fields as configured by the Admin
Field visibility will be governed by admin-level configuration, ensuring role-appropriate data exposure across the recruiting team.
5. Business Unit Field — List Filters & Client Snapshot
The Business Unit field will be introduced in two areas of the Recruiter Interface:
List Filters — enabling recruiters to filter records by Business Unit for faster segmentation.
Client Snapshot — providing immediate visibility into the associated Business Unit within the client's summary view.
6. Client Contacts — Add to Favorites
Recruiters will have the ability to mark specific Client Contacts as favorites, enabling quick access to frequently engaged contacts without searching through the full client contact list.
7. Applicants Module — Additional Section Display
The following sections will be made visible within the Applicants Module to provide recruiters with a fuller picture of each applicant:

8. Applicant-Level Quick Actions
The following actions will be available directly at the applicant level, enabling recruiters to perform key operations without navigating away:

9. Initiate Voice AI Interview
Recruiters will have the ability to initiate a Voice AI Interview directly from the applicant record. This feature streamlines the early screening process by enabling AI-driven voice interviews to be triggered within the recruiter workflow, reducing manual coordination and accelerating candidate evaluation.
