TEXTS stands for THAUMAZO EXPRESS TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS, a brand created by Thaumazo Solutions.
Transforming the way businesses manage their field workforce, TEXTS TRANSPORT is an off-the-shelf solution to manage and track, field workforces that enable on-demand deliveries, at-home services and ADHOC Customer Acquisition.

Businesses will need to create an account as they DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APP to get started and wait to be approved – this process is provided to protect Fleet Providers of TEXTS Transport while allowing security to TEXTS Merchant Customers.

This app allows TEXTS TRANSPORT to:
» Get the view of the Delivery PROVIDED by the user.
» View Customer Details and Call/ Message them with just one tap allowing them to document the conversation between requesting the order, merchant, and the driver
» Get the directions and the optimized path to delivery destination.
» Get the customer signature, notes and take up to 3 images as a Proof of Delivery
» Automatically update the Customer from START to TASK COMPLETION
» One tap switch between MAP VIEW and TASK VIEW
» Get an aerial view of all tasks on the map
» Provides updated notification view
» Support for custom notifications
» Switch between dark & light map modes
» Support to receive tasks with multiple stops directly from the app
» Supported by CHAT SUPPORT directly connected to the Back Office of TEXTS.

How do fleets get started?
» Get the credentials via APP NOTIFICATION when a manager ADDED the fleet to the TEXTS TRANSPORT Dashboard.
» Receives tasks, once registered as “Logged In” to the TEXTS TRANSPORT APP allowing the logged-in fleet to either accept and reject booking.
» The Rider is capable to send proof of what is picked up and confirm through the signature of the person sending the orders then Rider delivers the order and document what exactly has been delivered and get confirmation of the
