answr is a curiosity device.
ask anything about the world around you. get clear answers that explain the why behind things—not lectures. like a smart friend who makes you see things differently.
// how it works
you ask a question. we strip away any identifying information, route it through a secure server (cloudflare) to an ai (openai's gpt-5-mini), and return your answer. that's it—no conversation history, no profile building. each question stands alone.
// daily curiosities
three fascinating questions arrive each day at noon. why is the sky blue at noon but red at sunset? how do fireflies sync their flashing? what makes bread smell so good when it's baking? these aren't trivia—they're doorways to understanding.
// honest about what we know
every answer is rooted in evidence. when science doesn't have an answer yet, we say so—the boundaries of knowledge are themselves fascinating. and since answr uses ai, answers might sometimes be wrong. for health, legal, or financial decisions, always verify with an expert.
// why it's private
we can't track you because we don't know who you are. no account, no user id, no device id—just an anonymous question that arrives, gets answered, and vanishes.
