The same app serves four kinds of users, each with a tailored experience. On your first sign-in, enter the username and temporary password your school issues, then set your own secure password. Every account is private and protected. Here's what each role can do.
ADMINISTRATOR
Run the whole school from your phone. A live dashboard shows students, staff, today's attendance and pending fee dues at a glance. Enrol students with full profiles — personal, guardian, medical and transport — and manage exits and transfer certificates. Manage teachers and staff across departments. Organise academics end to end: classes, sections, subjects, timetables and yearly promotions. TEACHER
Everything you need to run your classroom, beautifully simple. After signing in, choose your role for the session — class teacher, subject teacher, or any substitution duty assigned that day. Mark attendance in a single tap, assign homework, fill the classroom diary, view your timetable, and track syllabus completion. Enter and update exam marks, open class and student details, and post subject announcements straight to parents. Cover for absent colleagues through substitution management, request leave, and view your salary and payslips — all from your phone.
DRIVER
Made for the school's bus drivers. See the routes and trips assigned to you each day, updated automatically when the office changes your assignment. Start a trip in one tap to share your live location with the school and parents so they can follow the bus in real time — only while the trip is active. Move through your route stop by stop, see how many students wait at each one, and mark who has boarded. A built-in SOS button instantly alerts the office in an emergency.
