Welcome to Jordan Microfinance Company (Tamweelcom) mobile application.
Tamweelcom’s application had been designed and developed to serve the company's existing and potential clients in line with their needs to obtain various services in a digital way that ensures being benefited from the services quickly, easily and safely.
Tamweelcom application provides many services, such as:
• Getting to know all the products and services offered.
• Identifying the locations of our branches located in all governorates of the Kingdom.
• Apply for a loan application.
• Enable the company's clients to view the details of their loans, the requests and financial transactions that have been made on their loans.
• Enabling the company's clients to submit a complaint or inquiry and to know the contact channels of the company.
And other services available in the application.
Important Note: Enabling the company’s customers to access the application by registering with the national number specified on the company’s internal system.

تم تصميم وتطوير تطبيق تمويلكم لخدمة عملاء الشركة القائمين والمحتملين بما يتماشى مع احتياجاتهم للحصول على الخدمات المختلفة بوسيلة رقمية تضمن حصولهم على الخدمة بسرعة وسهولة وأمان.
يوفر تطبيق تمويلكم العديد من الخدمات، مثل:
· التعرف على كافة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة.
· التعرف على مواقع فروعنا المنتشرة في جميع محافظات المملكة.
· التقدم بطلب للحصول على تمويل.
· تمكين عملاء الشركة من الاطلاع على تفاصيل قروضهم، والطلبات والحركات المالية التي تمت على القروض الخاصة بهم.
· تمكين عملاء الشركة من التقدم بشكوى أو استفسار ومعرفة قنوات التواصل مع الشركة.
وغيرها من الخدمات الأخرى المتوفرة في التطبيق.
ملاحظة مهمة : يتم تمكين عملاء الشركة من الدخول الى التطبيق من خلال التسجيل بالرقم الوطني المعرف على النظام الداخلي للشركة، علما انه لا يتم جمع أي بيانات للعملاء من خلال التطبيق مع الحفاظ على سياسة الخصوصية
