Scalping day trading - Scalpers attempt to act like traditional market makers or specialists. Buy at the Bid price and sell at the Ask price.

There are groups of traders known as price action traders who are a form of technical traders that rely on technical analysis, but do not rely on conventional indicators to point them in the direction of a trade or not.
Candlestick charts - A candlestick chart is a style of financial chart used to describe price movements of a security, derivative, or currency. Each “candlestick” typically shows one day. Candlestick charts are most often used in technical analysis of equity and currency price patterns.
Artificial intelligence – known also as algo trading or e-trading. Is using algorithms and bots to decide where and when to buy and sell a security
