Schools are important to many of us when making property considerations, so Ettie makes it easy by integrating school data into our application. We include the important details, such as EQAO ratings and school boundaries, so you can make a confident and informed decision!

Saved Search Capabilities
Stay up-to-date with what’s going on in your neighbourhood or other areas of interest! Ettie allows you to save specific searches according to your desired filters. Receive notifications on any updates and stay informed of what’s happening in the local market!

This latest release of Ettie includes our newest feature: Market Data. Our users now have access to both recent and historical property data throughout Toronto and the GTA. This is just the initial release of our Market Data segment. We will be providing updates over the next few months and release more comprehensive data for our users to enjoy.
