This app calculates the risk of ruin.
Simply move the sliders, so that you can easily simulate the risk of ruin.
It displays that the table of the risk of ruin changing the orientation of the device.

The risk of ruin has been featured in the book on money management by Nauzer J. Balsara, "Money Management Strategies for Futures Traders (1992)".
It is utilized in areas such as investment strategies for stock and futures markets, and used to money management and risk management.
This app displays the risk of ruin, 0% to 100%.
Higher the value is large, you can say it is high-risk trade.
The risk of ruin is calculated from the following three parameters.
Exposed Capital: The fraction of capital exposed to trading.
Payoff Ratio: The ratio of average trade win to the average trade loss.
Probability of Winning: The ratio of number of trades that profit came out to the total number of trades in the past.
For example:
Total Investment Capital $100, and loss cut $3.
The average trade win $2, the average trade loss $1.
Assumed that past trading results indicate that you have 6 wins for 10 trades.
Each parameter is as follows.
Exposed Capital: $3 / $100 = 0.03
Payoff Ratio: $2 / $1= 2
Probability of Winning: 6/10 = 0.6
