Tele Bantuan is a 24-hour emergency car assistance program. It is exclusively designed for our eligible participants with a Comprehensive Private Motor Takaful coverage.

You can use this app to request for roadside assistance services such as towing service and minor roadside repair services such as jump start, delivery of fuel, battery change and tyre change in the event of a breakdown or an accident. It expedites our arrangement of towing or onsite minor breakdown service for our valued customers.

Now, you can also monitor the tow truck real time location as well as search for the nearest panel workshop for assistance via the app.
