A resource for girls and women to turn to for support during difficult times. This gentle coaching acts as a mentor and educates users to understand themselves, learn to lean into and value difficult emotions and embrace the guidance and tools offered, to nurture themselves through challenging times.

Morning, daily and evening notifications allow for users to pause, check in and capture their hopes and their feelings and learn to make peace with the events of the day before turning in for the evening. These findings are captured as notes, a photo to represent that moment, or a voice recording and are stored in a calendar within the app to allow users to reflect back on the patterns they are forming in their lives as well as their favourite moments.

A timer function encourages users to cultivate moments of “being” to generate clarity, perspective and energy.
