About Us
We've experienced the life-changing benefits that tracking food and exercise has on our health and energy levels. Alfred was originally designed by a professional Rugby player who's energy levels and self esteem were being heavily impacted by his eating and weight prior to tracking. But tracking changed his life, so he and the team created Alfred to make it easy for their friends and family to experience the same benefits from tracking they did.
