AQ is a fitness activity tracker designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts that analyzes health metrics and helps monitor recovery. This modern and scientific approach allows you to control your training load in order to maximize your potential.
AQ collects heart rate variability (HRV) data and resting heart rate (RHR) from either Apple Health or wrist-worn sensors like the J Style V4. The app analyzes this information 24/7 using algorithms to provide personalized insights into your recovery level (Recovery) and physical readiness for exercise.
The user-friendly interface, easy sensor setup, and intuitive recovery scale ranging from 0-100% make it simple to navigate and understand how well-prepared your body is for training sessions.
Additionally, AQ integrates with the trainer’s application AQ Trainer, enabling coaches to track recovery data and manage personal workout diaries.
