Pure Active™, created by Pure Healthcare®, is designed for patients to bring their prescribed exercise programs home with them so they can focus on making each day matter.™ Pure Healthcare provides individualized, person-centered education, supportive care and health services that maximize their quality of life, enabling them to thrive and live independently, longer.

How it Works
•The Pure Healthcare care team develops personalized exercise programs to help patients with some of the following areas: regain strength, range of motion, balance, core strengthening, fine and gross motor skills, functional bending and reaching and their overall endurance with activity tolerance to be able to complete their daily tasks.
•Once the patient downloads the app and accepts the terms of use, they will be able to access their personalized exercise program prescribed by their Pure Healthcare care team.
•Patients can then follow the exercise programs in the comfort of their homes.
•The program will demonstrate exercise movements, as well as the option to watch a short video on how to perform each exercise correctly.

Pure Active App Features
•Use personalized exercise programs created by your care team.
•Track outdoor activity, including terrain elevation, duration, distance, kilocalories burned, the pace and average speed of the activity.
•Log exercise and information manually or sync data with other applications such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
•Check your results and monitor your progress.
