The Sculpt by Amanda Kraft is a modern approach to movement - blending Pilates, Barre, and Yoga with mindful practices to shape the body and frame the mind. Classes and Virtual workouts are designed to strengthen, align, and inspire - both on the mat and beyond.
Amanda has been teaching Pilates, Barre, and Yoga for over a decade, and believes movement is both art and medicine. We want to help you feel strong, aligned, and inspired — shaping your body while framing your mind. In Amanda's classes, you’ll find creative, challenging, and uplifting flows designed to meet you where you are. We love blending precision with play, so every session leaves you energized, lengthened, and connected.
Beyond teaching, Amanda is a mom of two girls, and draws inspiration from the beach, design, fashion, and metaphysical practices like Human Design and Tarot. She believes movement is about more than exercise — it’s about creating balance in life, and she is grateful to share that journey with this community.
The Sculpt App includes Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, HIIT, and Stretch workouts. A description is included with each workout indicating what props you might need such as small weights, a ball, or a mat. Choose a workout from the library using the filters or follow one of our Guided Programs that have recommended workouts for full 7, 14, 21, or 30 day challenges to keep you accountable.
