Choose from five polished presets: Box Reset, Calm Exhale, Focus Minute, Wind Down, and Quiet Anchor. Each routine shows a clear breathing ring, phase timer, pattern timeline, remaining time, and optional gentle haptics so you can follow the rhythm without watching a busy clock.
Breath Anchor Timer is designed for everyday use: a one-minute focus reset before work, a balanced box-breathing pause between tasks, or a slower wind-down routine at the end of the day.
Everything runs locally on the device. There is no account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking, subscription, cloud sync, or developer-server upload.
