Our Mission is to provide continuous care to seniors for dignified retirement in a home environment. We believe caring for loved ones shouldn’t be one family or one person’s task, but a community as a whole. This is a way to reduce stress and promote mental wellness among seniors.
Express Home Care is a non- medical service, therefore caregivers need no work experience or medical skills to offer help. Care givers perform types of services which may include:
● Socialising
● Outings
● Activities of Daily Living
Express Home Care Service app connects seniors and or their family members (Clients) with Care Providers in their community.
How it Works
1. Open the app and select the type of services they need
2. Select your location
3. Request the nearest available CareGiver
4. See your CareGiver's location on a real-time map.
Payment method is set up by the client during booking process. Express Home Care service accepts the payment after the service is completed. Caregiver’s weekly payment will be directly deposited in the account linked with the app.

1. Can I use Express Home CareUser Service without a credit card? You can use Express Home CareUser Service by paying with Pay Pal.
2. Can I tip the Care Giver?
Express Home CareUser Service app does not include tip in billing for your service. Tips are not expected or required.
3. Will I be billed before or after my service is completed?
Clients are required to enter the payment method as part of booking process. Express Home Care will accept your payment after the service is completed.
4. What’s in it for Clients/ Seniors
To help family caregivers have a break from taking care of their loved ones. Seniors to receive continuous care while their primary caregivers are not available.
