Workout Builder:
-Create your own custom workouts with unique round and rest times.
-Add descriptions for each round and break down rounds into as many segments as you want.
-Add boxing and exercise segments within a round.
-Specify accepted punch types per segment for a bigger challenge.
-Challenge others to compete on your workouts with unique leaderboards.
-Supports Apple Watch and 3rd Party HRMs for HR and Calorie data.
-Added support for iPad.
YouTube Mode:
-Enter the URL of any YouTube video and overlay your punch stats and work-rate metrics.
-Track and review your workout and monitor your progress over any YouTube workout series.
-Compatible with Apple Watch to show live Heart Rate and Calorie burn.
-Added a custom calorie calculation based on work-rate and your profile details to calculate calorie burn even when HRM is not connected.
-Play/Pause the workout video using your Apple Watch or AirPods.
-Tap the screen to show/hide your metrics and interact with the native YouTube controls.
-At present, your goal bars are calculated based on the full video length (when goals are set via profile tab).
Heart Rate (HR) Tracking:
-Updated HR tracking to record full samples over all sessions and place an optional HR overlay on session and round views (all metrics).
-Added a new HR graph for sessions which use Apple Watch but have no punch data.
-Added Apple Watch Compatibility to Interval Timer and Quick Start modes (shows and records HR and Calories).
Apple Watch:
-Apple watch data now available live within On Demand Classes, Workout Builder and YouTube Mode.
-Automatically detects the watch when starting an On Demand Class, Workout Builder Workout or YouTube Video and prompts you to start a session (or continue without HR). Now also implemented for Interval Training / Quick start modes, with or without trackers.
Misc.:
-Updated the On Demand Class Filter:
-Simultaneously filter workouts by trainers, difficulty and tags.
