For subscribers of the Studio+ feature, your payment will be charged to your iTunes account once your trial period has ended or at confirmation of purchase.

Your iTunes account will be charged again when your subscription automatically renews at the end of your current subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to end of the current period. When your free trial ends, your monthly or yearly subscription will start and the amount will get deducted from your Apple iTunes account. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, and yearly subscription users are billed the entire annual amount from the date of purchase.
 You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase. You can cancel anytime in your iTunes account settings.
