New: Metrics
- A new optional Metrics tab to track your body over time, alongside your daily
goals. Turn it on in Settings.
- Track weight, waist, body fat, chest, hips, neck, arms, forearms, thighs, and
calves, or add your own custom metrics.
- Each metric gets its own trend graph (Week, Month, Year), full history you can edit
or delete, and an optional goal line.
- "How to measure" guides with steps and tips for consistent readings.
- Imperial measurements support 1/8-inch fractions: enter and read inches as
fractions (for example, 14 3/8 in).
- Left/Right tracking: optionally track arms, forearms, thighs, and calves as
separate Left and Right metrics.
- Choose Imperial or Metric units, and drag to reorder your metrics.
Improvements
- Checking off a goal now feels instant, with a satisfying spring and haptic tap (you
can turn haptics off in Settings).
- Bottom sheets can be dismissed with a swipe down, in addition to tapping Done.
- Faster, offline-first: your data loads and saves locally and syncs in the
background, so the app stays responsive even on a slow connection.
- Smoother, more polished animations throughout.
