Members can access the jam-packed program, filled with resources and daily missions to get them on a path to living their best life, all through a single app that can be used on-the-go, anywhere, anytime.
As a Concierge Care user, your assigned care manager can help you schedule appointments, understand your health plan and associated costs, prepare for provider appointments, assist with prescription refill and transport for health needs, and so much more. You’ll also find medication reminders and support, an interactive food log, educational resources, and hundreds of activities and challenges to help you improve nutrition, physical and mental wellbeing that you can complete alongside your health buddy.
