Using intervals, run/walk, for your training and/or race has proven both effective and beneficial. However one intimidating hurdle to using intervals is understanding how to divide your running between running and walking in order to maintain an overall pace. This was the inspiration behind the Easy Interval Calculator.

The Easy Interval Calculator helps you determine what pace you need to maintain during your run and walk segments in order to achieve a target pace per mile.

• Enter your target pace per miles.
• Set the intended length, in minutes, of your run and walk interval
• By entering a walk pace your run pace will be calculated.
• By entering a run pace your walk pace will be calculated.
