Empower Online Coaching is your chance to get Emma's 1-2-1 help and expert guidance with your nutrition, training and lifestyle to unlock your full potential and become a happier and healthier version of yourself.

Within the Empower app, you will receive your own personalised meal plan tailored to your goals, your food likes & dislikes and your lifestyle; with a variety of different recipes and delicious meals to choose from. All the meals are chosen entirely based upon your preferred cooking time, budget for ingredients, allergies and favourite foods and can be changed up regularly with new and exciting recipes. You can create your own shopping list directly from the meal plan.

The app enables you to view your personalised training programme which is also designed specifically for you; considering your current fitness level, equipment available, whether you want to train at home or in a gym, exercises likes & dislikes and also the time you have to dedicate to working out. The sets and reps are laid out clearly and there are exercise demonstration images and videos to ensure that you execute the movements with correct technique.

Being able to record your fitness activities directly in the app, or import activities tracked on other devices through Apple Health, and keep track of your own progress are key features within the app; where yourself and Emma can monitor all variables including your progress pictures, weight, measurements, energy, sleep, stress, menstrual cycle and much more. These will be the foundation for modifications and adjustments that Emma will make to your training and nutrition plans; to ensure that you continually make progress towards your goals.

Moreover, the app contains a chat feature where you will be provided with continuous support from Emma via message and voice note; in addition to regular lesson videos to educate you on different topics surrounding health, fitness, nutrition and more. You can communicate with Emma through the in app messenger as much or as little as you like.

Some coaching programmes also include membership of a community group - a safe place to engage with other clients to exchange positives, struggles and support one another. Participation is voluntary, and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other group members if you choose to accept the invitation from Emma to join a group.
