The Coach James Club is here to empower you to become the best version of yourself, reach your full potential and help you achieve your health goals.
James and the team will help you thrive in your body, both physcially and mentally, through tailored training programmes designed especially for you, personalised meal plans with hundreds of meals to choose from and the option of having 1-1 check ins.
The app lets you record your fitness activities and keep track of your own weights and progress, which will be the foundation for tweaks and changes of your exercise plan as you progress. Any meals suggested and workouts sent to you will be based on your preferences - everything from preferred cooking time, budget for shopping ingredients, allergies, likes and dislikes, current fitness level, equipment used, favourite exercises and much more.

Key features you get in the app:

- Tailored interactive workout and meal plans. Complete your workout step by step and track your performance, and create your own shopping list directly from your meal plan.
- Easy-to-use logging of measurements and a whole range of fitness activities. Track your activities directly in the app, your steps and other important activities tracked on other devices through Apple Health.
- Habit tracker to instil key habits into your routine
- View your personal goals, progress and activity history anytime.
- Access hundreds of educative videos
- Chat function, where you will have continuous support from James and the team as your personal coaches
- Some coaching programmes also include membership of a community group - a safe place to engage with others who are on a similar journey and support one another. Participation is voluntary, and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other group members if you choose to accept the invitation from James to join a group.
