Fit For Good is an app-enabled, individualized fitness and nutrition program wrapped around charitable giving. We connect you with a certified trainer who develops your personalized plan based on your goals. Your coach will manage your program through your app to monitor progress, update workouts, and provide ongoing motivation. As you progress through your plan, you'll earn achievements, which translate into Fit For Good donations made to school programs focused on health and physical education - witness firsthand how your hard work is paying off for children in need.
We take wellness seriously, so we dont omit any of our services or features based on what you pay. You have access to all the top-tier services regardless of the membership you choose. The longer you commit, the less you pay. No matter where you are in the your health journey, Fit For Good programs fit your lifestyle.
Get started with Fit For Good by visiting the website to purchase your plan. Once registered, you'll use your login credentials to access the Fit For Good app.
All plans include the following, and more:
- Fitness and nutrition plans exclusively developed by your dedicated certified trainer all built around your goals, your schedule, and your fitness level
- Workout activity and food journal are in-synch to help manage nutrition intake with calorie burn
- 3D, video-led workouts so you don't miss a move. Each exercise comes with instruction, history tracking, and overview of muscle groups being worked
- Earn achievements and unlock rewards
- Push yourself in a group challenge every week to support charitable giving towards schoolchildren's health and fitness projects
- Regular check-in's with your coach to help keep you on-track
- New coach-designed plans updated every other week
- Connect with a dedicated tribe of members from around the country
- Integrate other health and fitness devices/wearables into the Fit For Good platform for an even more comprehensive view of your overall physical activity
- Data, data, data: you name it, we track it! You and your coach will define and track all the body, fitness, and nutrition metrics that matter most to you - keep it simple or geek out
- Your health, your journey. Share as much or as little of your experience with the Fit For Good community through your dedicated portal, and/or share your success with your own social network by connecting to your favorite channels
