We wanted a beautiful, efficient, and smart routine tracker/gym log. Thats what we made.

We made it simple to create your own custom routines, or choose one of our carefully crafted routines and start instantly. While also viewing advanced analytics unseen in other fitness apps.

FitAssist encourages the best muscle building strategy, Progressive Overload. By seeing your previous lifts, you are motivated to beat what you did last time. Ultimately becoming stronger and building more muscle.

Additionally, FitAssist features advanced analytics, which allows you to see your progress over time or find out where you are plateau. FitAssist also has a software that enables you to calculate how to beat your previous max

The free version of FitAssist allows you to make custom routines, use pre-made routines, view insights into your progression, and an innovative max calculator. Upgrade to a FitAssist AI subscription ($2.49/month) to see advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based insights!

FitAssist will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
