Save and Delete:

Save your entry to keep a record of your fitness journey. Alternatively, delete the entry if needed, allowing for flexibility and control over your log.
Search Functionality:

Utilize the search feature to find specific entries based on date and time. This can help you review your progress or locate particular experiences in the log.
