Notes & logging:
Richer exercise logging using a clearer value-based model (including cardio and strength), with better hints, units, and summaries plus more reliable save/sync when updating from overview.

Polish & fixes:
Notes & logging works more reliably for time-based and special-case exercises; decimal speeds on the stepper where appropriate; weight logging hidden for cardio where it doesn’t apply; “Total sets” hidden for cardio; Concept2 labeling and typography tweaks; cool-down countdown readability; layout when the keyboard is open; auto-advance to the next exercise is suppressed while a bottom sheet is open; misc. fixes for duplicate units, state updates, and stepper length behavior.
