With Gym Day, you can log all of your physical activities in an easy and fun way. The app also has a bunch of unique motivational features that help you stay on track!
Features:
- Workout Log: Log everything - gym, home workouts, group fitness, sports etc. Set a duration, intensity and add a note.
- Weekly Goal: Set a simple goal of 1 to 7 workouts per week. It’s flexible, so you can always adjust it.
- Streak: Get +1 point for every workout logged. Build a Streak so big you won’t break it.
- Insights: Get motivated by trends, see how you are doing, and spot opportunities for improvement!
- Workout Commitments: Schedule your next workout by setting a day and time. It’s a few taps and helps you stay on track!
- Review your workouts: Take a moment to reflect - it helps! "Today wasn't easy but I did great."
- Workout Reminders: Receive motivational reminders based on your logged workouts and streak.
