The infographic puts 30 days in a single view. Each ring is a habit. Each segment is a day. Streaks build outward. Gaps show up immediately. There is no scrolling through a calendar or hunting for a streak count. Everything you need to assess your progress is visible at once.
Most habit trackers show you a list or a calendar. Habit Rings shows you a shape. That shape changes as you build consistency, and that change is motivating in a way that checkboxes are not. When a ring is nearly complete, you feel it. When you have broken a streak, you see exactly where it happened and how much of the cycle is still left to recover.
Track what matters to you
Up to 8 habits per cycle, each one tailored to what you are actually measuring. Boolean habits are simple yes or no — did you do it or not. Numeric habits track a quantity, like miles run, glasses of water, or hours of sleep. Rating habits let you score the day on your own scale, useful for anything subjective like focus, effort, or stress. Mark days done, skipped, or failed. Streaks calculate automatically. Each habit gets its own ring and its own streak — visible at a glance alongside everything else you are working on.
Fasting tracker
Log your fast start and end times and track your progress against any fasting window — 16:8, 18:6, or whatever schedule works for you. See your fast duration, your eating window, and how consistent you have been across the cycle.
Keeping your fasting log in the same app as your habits means you can see the full picture. How does your fast length affect your energy? Your mood? Your follow-through on everything else? When fasting and habit data live together, connections that would otherwise stay invisible start to become clear.
