Habitful
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Habitful is a habit, mood, and workout tracker that runs entirely on your device.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
Habits: Create habits in categories you define. Each habit can be a check or a count. Each habit can be a good habit (something you want more of) or a bad habit (something you want less of).
Moods: Add the moods that matter to you (Happy, Calm, Tired, Anxious, Grateful, anything else). Tap one or more each day. Moods appear alongside your habits on the weekly and monthly views.
Workouts and exercises: Build workouts from individual exercises. Log sets, reps, weight, distance, time, or resistance for each session. Add a photo to each exercise for reference. Search your exercise list as it grows.
Day notes: Add a short note to any day.
Day photos: Attach photos to any day, alongside your other tracking.
CHECK OR COUNT, GOOD OR BAD
Check habits: Best for yes/no things like "did I meditate today" or "did I take my vitamins". One tap to mark done.
Count habits: Best for things you do multiple times a day like glasses of water, cigarettes, pages read. Tap to add, long press to subtract.
Good habits: Set a goal (per week, per month, or per year) and Habitful tracks how often you met it.
Bad habits: Set a limit instead of a goal. Habitful flags days and weeks when you went over.
EVOLVING WORKOUTS
Workouts are not static. You can change a workout's goal (how often per week or per month) at any time, and Habitful keeps the history. Last month's goal of 3 sessions per week stays accurate in your stats even after you bump it to 4.
Exercises evolve the same way. Each exercise stores your current sets, reps, weight, distance, time, or resistance as a moving baseline. As you log new sessions, the baseline updates so the next time you start, you see where you left off. The full session history is kept so you can see progress over weeks and months.
You can swap exercises in and out of a workout, archive ones you no longer do, or restore them later from the Archive.
WHAT YOU SEE
Tracker (weekly view): A grid of every habit, mood, and workout for the current week. Tap a cell to check, count, or undo. Swipe between weeks.
Monthly: A calendar grid with colored squares for each habit and mood across the month. Spot patterns and gaps.
Habits: The full list of your habits, organized by category. Drag to reorder. Collapse categories you don't need to see. Edit a habit's color, icon, goal, type, and tracking mode.
Exercise: Your workouts and the exercises they contain. Tap an exercise to see its history and log a new session.
Stats: Yearly heatmaps and completion percentages for each habit. Filter by category. Collapse and expand sections.
Settings: Backup, restore, archived items, and paused habits.
PAUSE AND ARCHIVE
Pause a habit for a date range when you're sick, traveling, or off cycle. Paused days don't count for or against you, and your streaks stay intact.
Archive habits, workouts, or exercises you no longer use. The history stays. You can restore them anytime from the Archive in Settings.
ZOOM AND ORIENTATION
The Tracker, Monthly, Habits, Exercise, Stats, and Settings screens each support zoom from 100% to 200% in steps. Each tab remembers its own zoom level. The app works in both portrait and landscape.
BACKUP AND RESTORE
You can back up everything (habits, completions, workouts, exercises, exercise photos, moods, mood logs, day notes, day photos) to a single file at any time. From there you can save it to your phone, send it to Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, email, or any other destination through the share sheet. There is no automatic upload and nothing is sent without you doing it.
When you want it back, import the file. Works on the same device or a new one.
PRIVACY
Habitful collects no data. It runs offline. There is no account. There is no analytics, no third-party tracking, and no ads. Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to add a photo to an exercise or a day.
