Our meals can be altered depending on if you want to cook for just yourself or the whole family. The measurements will be changed accordingly. All our meal plans are free from unhealthy ingredients and suggest alternatives to wheat flour, commercial oils, and sugar.

Automatically Generated Shopping List
Based on the meals you choose and how many people you want to cook them for, healthlab will generate a shopping list for all the required ingredients. The shopping list is then organized into different categories to make your shopping trip easier.

Meal Scanner
Healthlab can identify an extensive list of ingredients, so even if you decide not to follow one of our recipes you can continue to track your diet and progress and a built-in computer vision feature will scan your meal and automatically identify the ingredients used. Your Digital Dietitian will analyze your meals for 10 different criteria such as food variety, variety of vegetables, and sugar intake. You will be provided with daily and more detailed weekly reports personally.
