Aloha HMAA members to your app. Here you can schedule appointments and meet with doctors online. You will gain access to a network of physicians and specialists online or by phone. Book an appointment with a HiDoc Online physician for non-emergency medical issues, routine medical care during normal or off-business hours, and while traveling. Prescriptions can also be provided when appropriate.

HiDoc Online Account is a full-service telehealth platform. Book an appointment for most healthcare services within 60 minutes, or schedule an appointment for a later date and time. Specialty care and second opinions are also available.

HiDoc is intended to work in tandem with your primary care physician and not as a replacement. Consultations are confidential and secure, and a telemedicine visit typically has no out-of-pocket cost.

Accessing a clinician through your HiDoc Online Account makes seeing a doctor simple and efficient. You do not have to waste time in a waiting room, transportation is no longer a barrier to receiving quality care, and the emergency room or urgent care no longer needs to be a first line of defense when your primary care doctor is unavailable. Consultations can be scheduled using your home computer or mobile device, day or night.
