The JUST.thelifestyle training app is going to help you to become a fitter version of yourself and is going to inspire you with fun and challenging workouts that make you fitter and healthier. Within the app we work with workouts that require small amounts of gear. Think of Dumbbell workouts, Kettlebell workouts and Bodyweight workouts.
Our goal with JUST.thelifestyle? To get as many people as possible into training and show them that you can work on a fit and healthy lifestyle with fun workouts. The workouts in the app are for all levels of fitness. Beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts will be available. Workouts are demo'd with photo's and movie clips.
