This release introduces advanced calendar tracking, manual workout logging, smarter streak systems, detailed exercise analytics, set types, improved widgets, and multiple quality-of-life upgrades across workouts, routines, food logging, and history views.

* Added workout routine reordering and improved routine group behavior.
* Added unit toggles per exercise set.
* Added notification toasts across the app.
* Added advanced workout calendar filters for Week, Month, Year, and Multi-Year views so you can track long-term consistency.
* Workout timer can now be paused during active sessions.
* Active workouts now display total volume and total sets in real time.

* Missing one day keeps the streak alive

* Widgets now use the same streak logic as the main app.
* Completed workout days in the weekly view now use vibrant orange highlights.
* Weekly workout tiles are now interactive:
* Single workout days open the workout summary directly
* Empty or multiple workout days open History filtered to that date
* Workout folders can now be reordered and deleted, including preset folders.
* General remains the fallback folder.
* Editing routines no longer pushes them to the top automatically.
