LiftLevel is a strength calculator designed to answer two common questions lifters ask: how strong am I, and how much should I lift? By entering the weight and reps you lift, LiftLevel instantly calculates your estimated one-rep max, strength level, and how you compare to others.

LiftLevel shows real strength standards for major lifts including bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Your results are classified into clear strength levels such as beginner, intermediate, advanced, or elite, helping you understand whether your lift is actually good for your bodyweight.

In addition to strength levels, LiftLevel provides percentile comparisons so you can see how you rank against other lifters your size. For example, you might see that you are stronger than 62 percent of lifters at your bodyweight. This makes strength comparisons simple and easy to understand at a glance.

LiftLevel also answers the question of what weight you should lift today. Based on your estimated max, the app recommends appropriate weights for light training days, working sets, and heavy attempts. This removes guesswork and helps you choose the right weight in the gym.
