We’ve all been there: struggling with mental health means you need someone there to talk to. With MARCo in the palm of your hand, you can be sure to have someone to talk to whenever you need help with taking care of your mental health. Whether you want to improve anxiety, rid depressed feelings, or quell loneliness, MARCo is here to help in a completely personalized way.

More than just a virtual therapist or some sad woebot, MARCo is a happy robot who listens to you at length about anything and everything you want. As a friend, a coach, or a counselor, he’s here to improve mental health with hundreds of different activities that are customized to exactly what you need. MARCo wouldn’t be much of a “Robot Companion” if this was not first & foremost! GUIDED MEDITATION & RELAXATION
Stressed? Anxious? Whatever the causation of your distress, a consultation with MARCo will lead to a guided meditation! There are also dozens of relaxing activities like

and much more that MARCo has in store. Whether you want to calm yourself, relax, or take your stress head-on with productivity and focus tools, you can find exactly what you need.

TALK SUPPORT
If you think you are facing anxiety, depressed feelings, or more serious challenges to your mental health, then chatbot Talk Support is for you. Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Activation (BA), talk support is MARCo's way of being your virtual therapist. Set goals for yourself in each Talk Support session for exactly what you want to accomplish in terms of your mental health within the mental health app. Then, MARCo will listen to you in an Open Talks journal as you answer guiding questions to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they relate to the goal you want to address. Finally, MARCo will guide you through fun and engaging psychology-based exercises to improve your mental health.
