Ms. Alpa Raval is the founder and practitioner of Mobi Yogi. Alpa ‘s intention in starting Mobi Yogi was to share her knowledge and personal experience of the practices that have helped her heal her own body and discover a path of transformation and greater self-awareness, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
She is incredibly thankful to every one of her instructors, mentors, colleagues and apprentices over the years, she is now passionate about sharing the teachings and talents of yoga, meditation and bodywork with her clients, encouraging development and change, and building a group of like-minded individuals.
She has been teaching yoga since 2015. Her teaching style is strong, supportive and safe, integrating movement, alignment, breath and stillness, for a mindful and balanced flow practice. Her approach as a leader and teacher is holistic, balanced, mindful and grounded.
She is skilled in wellness coaching , yoga advocacy , public speaking and stress management. She holds a Masters Degree in Yoga healing in art & meditation. She has worked as a yoga tutor at UFC. She has also facilitated many yoga workshops teaching yoga to caregivers & medical professionals.
Currently , she is a healing arts specialist at the integrative medicine department at UF Cancer Center at Orlando Health. She also represents her sin community by serving as a member of board of directors at the Asian American chamber of commerce central Florida
