Get a complete picture of all your physical activities – whether they’re fitness related or not. ‘Mrs.Sporty’ tracks your daily step count and the number of floors you’ve climbed. It also allows you to manually plan and log any physical activities and measure how this improves your general health.
GET PERSONALIZED WORKOUT RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on your individual MET target and your workout preferences, ‘Mrs.Sporty’ recommends and helps you plan the types of activities that will help you reach your fitness and health goals.
Wondering about MET? We use the so-called metabolic equivalent of task (MET) to make your physical activity measurable. One MET represents the amount of oxygen consumed by a person who sits for one minute. This physiological measure is also used by organizations such as the National Cancer Institute. It allows us to precisely calculate the types of activities that fit you best and to make sure your training is tailored to your needs.
