My Mental Health Risk

My Mental Health Risk is a user-friendly interactive mobile app that screens the individual user for mental health, mood disorder, depression, generalized anxiety disorder and suicide ideations. Screening assessment is built on user’s response to screening questions that have been proven reliable and validated by experts in the literature.
The user can view available local mental health resources on a map and be navigated to them if needed. Previous mental health screenings on the app can be recalled and verified as needed. Progression of mental health status can also be monitored.
For emergency situations always call 911.
