The My Real Wellbeing app is available exclusively for Australian Unity Members, providing simple activities designed to improve overall wellbeing.

You can choose which activities you want to complete, set reminder notifications, view your achievements, complete the Advanced Wellbeing Assessment to measure your wellbeing, and view changes to your wellbeing over time.

Sync your app with Apple Heath or Fitbit to improve your physical health, complete fun memory games to boost your mental health, schedule in some me-time, keep track of the things you’re grateful for and more. Don’t forget to come back to the app regularly to find new activities designed to improve different areas of your wellbeing.

At Australian Unity, we know that Real Wellbeing is more than just your physical health. It’s your standard of living and feeling safe in your home. It’s your personal relationships and being connected to your community. It’s about what you want to achieve in life, while having the security to get out and do what makes you happy. Put simply, Real Wellbeing is your overall quality of life and how satisfied you are with your life as a whole.
