What’s beyond meditation practices and mindfulness exercises? One Awareness aims to provide its users with the deeper, more conceptual understanding of the fundamental structure of reality.
Philosophers, theologians, gurus, and teachers all espouse different truths about the fundamental nature of reality and the various paths to happiness.
Underlying these differences, however, there is a set of common principles, a sort of universal wisdom, a so-called perennial philosophy, which unites all the deepest minds across different times and cultures.
True calm, inner stillness, a deeper inward peace, a joy unrelated to external circumstances is achievable by connecting with this set of knowledge and techniques that has never changed in human history.
There is a place inside you where suffering cannot exist, birth and death are an illusion, and time doesn’t flow.
Stress, sadness, anxiety, sleep problems, lack of focus come from a lack of understanding of the fundamental structure of reality.
You can experience this place more or less intensely, with a personal experience of “enlightenment”, or simply with periodic glimpses of it in your day to day activities.
Guided meditations, relaxation techniques, mindfulness practices, relaxing sleepcasts, dreamy soundscapes and tranquil music, without the understanding and experience of the higher dimension of existence, are sterile, futile, and can only give temporary relief from suffering.
The ultimate calm, relaxation, joy, balance to everyday life and lack of stress and fears come from knowing, experiencing, and being intimate with this inner place, this transcendental reality, this higher dimension.
