Recovery on Water (ROW) is a nonprofit rowing and fitness community for breast cancer patients and survivors, and we’re inviting you to get active in your recovery and find a new sense of self surrounded by a team of supportive peers.

If you’re looking for a community where you can connect and thrive, along with a structured, fun and challenging way to get back into exercise, then come sweat and engage with our crew!

The ROW app gives you direct access to live, in-person coaching sessions, community competitions, personal performance tracking, and team discussion boards. You can be part of the crew from anywhere in the world! Workouts include indoor rowing, bodyweight strength training, mobility and more.
