Repsense
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Repsense is a strength training app that thinks like a good coach: it watches how hard each set felt, tracks fatigue across the week, and prescribes the next workout for you. No spreadsheets. No guessing. No grinding through a programme that no longer fits.
Built for lifters who want the discipline of a structured programme without giving up the autonomy to adjust.
WHAT MAKES REPSENSE DIFFERENT
• Effort-aware progression. Log each set as Easy, Controlled, Hard or Pain. Repsense translates that into RPE and adjusts your next session — load goes up when the bar moves well, holds when it doesn't, and backs off the moment something hurts.
• Real deload detection. Most apps deload on a fixed timer. Repsense triggers a deload only when your data says you need one: accumulated fatigue, RPE drift, and weekly volume against per-pattern ceilings.
• Per-role weight tracking. Bench as a primary lift progresses on its own track. Bench as a secondary follows another. The app knows the difference.
• Calibration that respects the introduction. New or reintroduced lifts start light, hold for two clean exposures, then promote into the main programme.
• Coach-grade plate maths. Increments snap to whatever you actually have on the rack — kg or lb, micro-plates if you've got them.
• Pattern-preserving substitutions. Bar in use? Pulled a hamstring? Swap an exercise without breaking the week's volume balance.
• Built around movement patterns, not split days. Squat, hinge, horizontal press, vertical press, pull. Volume is balanced across patterns automatically.
FOR WHO
• Lifters running StrongLifts / 5/3/1 / Starting Strength who've outgrown linear progression.
• Coaches who want a clean digital backup of what they're already doing in their head.
• Returning lifters who want to ramp back up without re-injuring themselves.
PRIVACY
All your data lives on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics tracking your sessions. You own your training history.
NOT FOR
If you want bodybuilding hypertrophy splits, machine-heavy circuits, or social leaderboards, Repsense isn't built for you and that's fine.
Build the strength. Skip the spreadsheet.
