Sambav PHR app is a free and easy-to-use app for people to help them access the Sambav healthcare platform with ease. All the features that are present in www.sambav.com are also found in the Sambav PHR application, but with some modifications.  
This app allows patients to book appointments with doctors, store, and access medical records, track your health, check prescriptions instantly, request lab tests via Lab Orders, ask opinions from other doctors via Second Opinions feature.

Features:
Appointments – People can book an appointment with the doctor according to the specialization and available time slots.
Prescription – People can readily access the prescriptions written by doctors. It will be linked with their medical records for future reference.
Lab Orders – People can access lab orders and lab reports using this feature. All reports are linked to their medical records.
Second Opinions – People can request other doctors for a second opinion.
Workouts - Integrated health app, People can see daily, weekly and monthly workouts.

Note:
In this release, payments and pricing are not in scope as we are promoting e-prescription to avoid transcription error but we don't have pricing control so it is unto the customer to choose the pharmacy of their choice to get the prescriptions.
Sambav PHR app has no in-app purchases and does not take/collect payments.
