Sneaker Tracker
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
Sneaker Tracker is built to help you track the mileage of your sneakers!
In case you didn’t know, I sure didn’t not too long ago, you should replace your running shoes between 300 and 500 miles of use. Your shoes cushion your body from the impact of running, but eventually this cushion wears out and your body will bear the full impact of each run.
This app exists because I didn’t feel like handwriting every single workout I did and how many miles I ran. Instead, I wanted my Apple Watch and iPhone to help me out. And so here it is, Sneaker Tracker!
By default, this app will allow you to manually log workouts. And if you give it permission, Sneaker Tracker will watch for new workouts you log into the Health app. Whenever you log a workout, you should assign it to the shoe you used. From there the app will keep record of your milage and send you notifications when you reach your replacement range.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
Glass UI and new Background choices
17/18 and 26+
Whichever OS version you are on, you will get the UI for that system. If you haven't updated to the new OS, this update will look pretty minimal. That is intentional.
When you update to the new OS, you will see a lot more translucency and a new tab bar interface.
But everyone, regardless of version, gets more rounded corners!
Glass UI
• When you are on 26+, the biggest change you'll notice is a lot more transparency and glass-like effects.
• You are probably noticing that everywhere outside of this app. Sneaker Tracker specifically has been updated to fit in better with your updated OS.
• With this updated UI, you may notice a variety of screens that look different. This was intentional to bring more consistency across the entire app.
Tab Bar
• Just like before, you can swipe left and right to navigate around Sneaker Tracker.
• And replacing the previous tab bar is a tab navigation button.
• Tap the button and the tab options animate open, the current tab is highlighted.
• Tap the new tab you want to navigate too and the tab button closes.
• By default, the tab button is populated on the lower right of the screen. But in Interface Customization you can move it to the lower left if you prefer.
• This is an awesome UI element built from a tutorial by Donny Wals.
Background Options
• A few new background options have been added.
• All users can now set your background to a custom color
• And bonus users have two extra options.
For Bonus Users
• You can take your theme color to a whole new level now. A subtly animated gradient using your theme color is now available in Interface Customization.
• This subtle animation takes your theme color, shifts it slightly, slowly over time. It changes with the system color scheme as well.
• You can also use this same gradient system to a separate color of your choice as well. This allows you to set one color for your theme and a separate color for your background.
Miscellaneous updates and Bug Fixes
• Organized Interface Customization into its own dedicated view.
• The default background is now white / black based off your system UI. The previous textured background remains available.
• Fixed a bug where new users would immediately be asked to approve notifications and Apple Health access. You now need to enable these either in settings or the workout screen.
• Fixed a bug where ad view appeared too soon.
• There is a feature enabled for 17/18 users that I've wanted to do for a while. There is now a translucent background to a variety of views (like the Shoe and Workout views). This is only available on 17/18 due to a change in how the system UI works. But it is quite nice and I'll add it to 26+ as soon as it is available.
