But such bizarre methods are impractical, which would lead to many nutritional deficiencies.
Our methods are practical and well planned, simple and direct. A long term change is our motto. Look beyond calories with a holistic approach for a healthful living as life cannot be lived with too little food. However, slow losers still have a ray of hope to retain or regain their curves along with good health by using the right methods.
